We help authors, speakers, and thought leaders engineer visibility through strategic content and distribution systems. So your ideas don't just exist. They spread.
You spent years on your idea. Your book, your talk, your body of work. And right now, almost nobody is hearing it.
It's not because the idea is weak. It's because visibility doesn't happen on its own. It has to be built: the positioning, the content, the appearances, the distribution.
Most people hire for one piece at a time. A designer for the landing page. A ghostwriter for LinkedIn. A booker for podcasts. A freelancer for video. Nobody owns the outcome, so the pieces never add up.
That's the gap we close. One team, one strategy, every asset pulling in the same direction.
How it works
One system. Every piece of your launch.
Strategy first, then every asset your visibility needs, built and distributed by one team.
1
Strategy
We start with your core idea and your launch date, and map what visibility needs to look like month by month.
2
Positioning
Your idea gets framed into angles that hosts, editors, and audiences actually care about. Not your book title. Your idea.
3
Launch assets
Book landing page, media kit, and author one-pager. The things people check before they say yes to you.
4
Appearances
Personal pitches get you into the right rooms: podcasts, features, and stages where your readers already are.
5
Production
Every appearance and every idea becomes content: short-form video, LinkedIn posts, newsletter pieces. Produced, not recycled.
6
Distribution
Content goes out on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with captions written for each platform. Week after week, without you touching a scheduler.
7
Reporting
Every month you see what went out, what performed, and what we're changing next month because of it.
Our work
Work that made ideas travel.
Production quality decides whether people stop scrolling or keep going. This is the standard every client gets, on every asset. Press play on any of these.
We've produced for content studios like Project C Studios and TBC Studios, and for creators and founders across the US and Australia.

“Waqas is refreshingly honest & was fantastic to work with - We've worked with ~50 editors over the past few years, and Waqas is easily amongst the best. He takes time to understand the assignment, does his own research & consistently delivered above our expectations. Definitely recommend his services not just for editing, but strategic thinking also.”

“Waqas is simply one of the better editors we have ever worked with. His intuition & understanding of what makes good content good is very hard to find. Beyond Waqas' talent, he sets realistic expectations & meets deadlines. Will 100% be working with Waqas again.”
“Have just published my video onto YouTube and already am receiving a lot of great feedback thanks to this edit! So easy to work with and I really like the finished product.”

Launch Spark
$1,499/month
3-month plan · $4,497 total Launching in the next 90 days. No time to build slow.
Arthur C. Brooks didn't win launch week with launch-week posts. We broke down the months of podcast appearances behind Build the Life You Want, and what any author can copy from it. It's the same playbook our Domination Run is built on.
A fixed set of deliverables, listed on your plan: pitches sent, appearances pursued, video and written content produced, posts published, and a monthly report. You can count everything we promise.
Is this only for authors with a book coming out?
No. Authors are who we know best, but the same system builds visibility for speakers, coaches, and founders with a serious idea. If you have something worth spreading, the machine is the same.
What results can I expect in the first 90 days?
In the first month you get your strategy, positioning, and launch assets. By day 90 you should have appearances booked, content going out weekly, and real data on what's landing. What we won't do is promise view counts. Anyone who does is guessing.
Do you guarantee podcast bookings or press?
We guarantee the work: the number of pitches sent, assets produced, and posts published each month. No one can honestly guarantee a host says yes, and anyone who does is lying to you.
How much of my time does this take?
About 30 minutes a month for the strategy call, plus showing up to record when appearances land. We handle everything else: the pitching, the production, the posting, the reporting.
Who actually does the work?
A senior team led by Waqas, whose produced content has been watched more than 100 million times. No work is outsourced to strangers, and nothing goes out without a senior review.
How can you charge less than the big agencies?
We run our production from Pakistan with a senior team and no US office overhead. You get the same system the $5,000 agencies sell, without paying for their rent.
Who owns the content you make?
You do. Every video, page, and post we produce is yours, forever, including the raw files if you want them.
What if it's not working for me?
Plans are month to month within your runway. If you want to stop, you tell us, finish the month, and keep everything we made. No lock-ins, no exit fees.
What happens on the free strategy call?
We look at your idea, your launch date, and your current presence, and tell you exactly where the gaps are and what we'd do first. It's useful whether you hire us or not.
